📌 1. Acceptance & Eligibility
By accessing or registering an account on our platform, you confirm that you satisfy the following mandatory requirements:
- ✅ Age Limit: You are at least 18 years of age (we request and verify your age/date of birth during setup to comply with COPPA, EU GDPR Art. 8, and the DPDP Act 2023).
- ✅ Legal Capacity: You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- ✅ Global Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws across the United States, European Union, India, and your home jurisdiction.
🌐 2. US Infrastructure & Global Services
Picmaze operates hosting, CDN, and backend API infrastructure located in the United States:
By accessing our platform from the European Union (Germany, Netherlands, France, Italy), Canada, Brazil, or Asia, you acknowledge and agree that your data, service requests, and telemetry are routed through United States server infrastructure and edge reverse proxies protected by Cloudflare SSL/TLS security.
🔑 3. User Accounts & Registration
To access personalized features (syncing wallpaper favorites, Auto-Wallpaper timers, and virtual coin balances), you may create an account via Google Sign-In or Email:
- Age Verification: Providing false age information to bypass age-restriction filters is a strict violation of these Terms and will result in instant account termination.
- Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your authentication credentials and for all activities under your account.
- Google Authentication: When using Google Sign-In, you confirm ownership of the linked Google email account. Passwords are never seen or stored by Picmaze.
- Virtual Items & Coins: Picoins and unlocked wallpapers are tied directly to your account ID. Virtual coins have no real-world cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be refunded except as mandated by Google Play platform policies.
- Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate security rules, use automated bots, or engage in fraudulent activities.
- Account Deletion & Purge: You can initiate account deletion via in-app Settings or by emailing delete@picmaze.com or support@picmaze.com. Upon complete execution, your data, synced wallpapers, and balances are permanently purged within 7 business days.
🖼️ 4. Content Usage & License Restrictions

- • Download assets for personal use on mobile, desktop, & tablets
- • Set wallpapers via our Auto-Wallpaper Changer tool
- • Share official Picmaze web links with friends
- • Use as personal profile banners or avatars
❌ You CANNOT
- • Redistribute, resell, or sub-license Picmaze assets
- • Use content commercially without an explicit commercial license
- • Claim authorship or original ownership of our digital assets
- • Use Picmaze images to train AI or Machine Learning models
- • Scrape, parse, or bulk-download using automated scrapers/bots
📱 5. Auto-Wallpaper, Analytics & AdMob Disclosures
Our Android Mobile Application and Website include background service functionality (Auto-Wallpaper Changer), diagnostic telemetry, and monetization components:
- Auto-Changer Tool: Background wallpaper updates require device permissions (Set Wallpaper & Storage) to rotate wallpapers based on your custom interval timer.
- Performance & Diagnostic Analytics: To maintain system stability, troubleshoot application crashes, and optimize wallpaper loading speeds, we process aggregated telemetry and masked diagnostic session interactions via certified partners (PostHog and Firebase). Sensitive fields and passwords are automatically redacted.
- Advertising (Google AdMob): Our free service is supported by Google AdMob ads. Certified ad networks may process Advertising IDs (GAID/IDFA) and coarse location to serve relevant ads. You can manage ad consent choices anytime via the in-app CMP privacy settings.
⚠️ 6. Copyright & DMCA Procedures
If you believe any asset on our platform infringes your copyright or intellectual property rights, email us immediately at support@picmaze.com with the exact URL, description, and proof of ownership. We respond to valid DMCA takedown notices within 24–48 hours.
🚫 7. Prohibited Activities
- ❌ Attempting to bypass Cloudflare security shields, API headers, or authorization checks
- ❌ Tampering with reverse proxy endpoints, telemetry pipelines, or security firewalls
- ❌ Using automated web scrapers, bots, or scripts to harvest wallpaper assets
- ❌ Distributing malware, viruses, or malicious payload requests against our US servers
- ❌ Impersonating Picmaze team members, creators, or other users
📋 8. Legal Disclaimer & Jurisdiction
Picmaze is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. These Terms are governed by applicable international laws, US server hosting regulations, and consumer privacy standards (GDPR / CCPA / DPDP). Continued use of Picmaze constitutes binding acceptance of these Terms.
