This License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("Licensee" or "User") and the operators of Picmaze governing the acquisition, global usage rights, and restrictions of all digital artwork, images, live wallpapers, and visual assets downloaded or unlocked from our website (picmaze.com) and Mobile Applications (Android & iOS).

All digital assets served by Picmaze originate from cloud hosting and database infrastructure located in the United States, encrypted via Cloudflare edge networks. By downloading, caching, saving, or unlocking any asset, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

📜 1. Scope of Personal Use License

For all standard assets marked as free, Picmaze grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, worldwide license to use the downloaded artwork solely for personal, non-commercial display purposes across your personal devices:

For exclusive wallpapers unlocked using Picmaze's virtual currency (Picoins) or premium packages:

• Single Account Rights: Unlocking premium assets grants personal display rights exclusively to the authenticated user account that completed the unlock. Rights cannot be transferred, sold, or shared across multiple accounts.
• Strict Digital Restriction: Premium unlocked files may not be hosted in public drive folders, Telegram/WhatsApp groups, or online repository sites under any circumstances.
• Transaction Finality: All premium unlock tokens processed via our secure cloud servers are immediately consumed and non-refundable, except as required by platform policies.

🛡️ 4. Digital Fingerprinting & Protection Markers

To preserve original visual integrity, defend against unauthorized commercial piracy, and enforce global copyright compliance, all artwork and wallpapers served by Picmaze are protected with proprietary digital anti-piracy markers:

• Embedded Copyright Metadata: Every media asset served by Picmaze contains embedded authorship and copyright validation identifiers.
• Visual Perceptual Fingerprinting: Assets are algorithmically indexed using visual structure fingerprinting in our secure cloud systems. This enables automated identification of unauthorized copies, crops, resizes, or re-compressed variations across web and mobile platforms.
• Anti-Tampering & DMCA Enforcement: Attempting to strip, alter, or bypass embedded protection markers or re-hosting Picmaze artwork on unauthorized third-party apps, stock repositories, or file shares constitutes willful copyright infringement and will trigger immediate automated DMCA takedown actions.

🎬 5. Live Wallpapers & Animated Video Assets

For animated or live video wallpapers served from our US cloud networks, the license limits usage strictly to rendering on your personal device's home or lock screen. You are prohibited from extracting audio layers, re-encoding video files, or posting full-duration video loops on public video sharing channels.

While assigning credit is not mandatory for personal wallpaper use, giving credit supports our curation team. If you showcase your device setup online, you may credit Picmaze as follows:

8. Termination & Legal Liability

Any breach of the restrictions listed in this Agreement results in automatic termination of your license. Upon termination, you must delete all downloaded asset files in your possession.

All digital assets are provided on an "AS IS" basis without warranties of any kind. Picmaze and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from asset usage.
